1. 1 Tin Condensed Milk
2. 120 gm white butter
3. 240 gm Maida
4. 3 tsp Baking powder
5. 1.1/4 tsp Soda
6. 1 tsp Vanilla essence
7. 1/2 Cup hot Water (approxiamte)
8. 3 tbsp cocoa pwder
9. 2 level Powdered sugar
For Icing:
2. Few drops of Chocolate Essence (optional)
3. 1 small tin cherries
4. 1 slab of dark chocolate (grate it)
5. Thumsup to drench
Note: Sieve Maida,baking powder,soda
Step 2 Grease the cake tin with butter and sprinkle maida ...take the access outside...
Step 3 Put the batter in the tin...In Tandoor Oven keep it for 45 mins.. after 30 mins just check out once by putting knife it should not stick to knife...
Step 4 Ur basic Chocolate Cake base is ready...
For the icing..
Step 2 Dont upside down the cake ... Keep as is it and cut horizantally..take the upper part and keep aside...
Step 3 Sprinkle thumsup on the base part ...
NOTE:Beat the fresh cream ..
How to beat fresh cream
In a big bowl take lots of ice cubes on that keep the bowl of fresh cream n beat well with the beater...beat untill the fresh cream becomes fluffy..
Step 4 Apply fresh cream on the base part with palate knife or butter knife..can put some tutti fruti (optional)
Step 5 Put the upper part on it and sprinkle some thumsup on it...
Step 6 Know make the icing for the upper part
Step 7 Apply the soya fresh cream on the upper part ....
Step 8 Make a cone with the nozzle (design pipe) add the fresh cream in the cone n make border in down n upper part ...
Step 9 On the upper part sprinkle grated chocolate n put cherries..
Step11 Ur Black Forest Cake is ready....
